Inspector/ QA Department

We are looking for Inspectors with CNC,CMM programming capability to join our Quality team on a full time basis, 40 hours per week, with overtime available. With over 45 years experience in high speed machining, fabrication and welding of aluminium, stainless steel and plastics, we support OEM customers across Aerospace, Defence, Marine, Nuclear and Telecommunications, producing both prototype and production work to tight tolerances.

In this role you will carry out inspection activities across the business, including M COSMOS online and offline programming using CAT1000PS, scanning, and supporting dimensional verification of precision components and fine limit sheet metal work. You will produce First Off and Final Article Inspection reports to AS9102, and you will have a strong understanding of GD and T to aircraft standards. You will also be responsible for inspection equipment maintenance and calibration, raising internal reject reports, and supporting audits and shop floor spot checks as required by the QA Manager.
