Quality Policy Statement

The Gase Engineering Quality Management System is structured to meet the stringent standards of our customer, the increasingly higher standards demanded within our manufacturing operations and the requirements of AS 9100 revision D. The designed system provides assurance to all our customers that effective controls are in place, from receipt of raw materials, through manufacturing and despatch and up to (and beyond) the customer point of use. Gase Engineering commits to continual improvements in Quality by:

Customer Focus

The primary focus of our quality management is to meet customer requirements and to strive to exceed their expectations.

Engagement of people

We recognise that people are the essence of our organisation, and their valued involvement enables their abilities to be fully utilised to enhance the Company. By effective communication and continual improvement techniques, we strive to involve our employees in all aspects of the business.

Improvement

As a successful organisation, Gase has an ongoing focus on improvement at all levels of the Company. We continuously monitor our progress through measured and evaluated goals.

Relationship Management

For sustained success, we manage our relationships with interested parties, such as employees, customers, suppliers, the local community and regulatory bodies. These relationships are managed through our risk and opportunities activities process.

Leadership

Leaders at all levels of the Company shall establish unity of purpose and direction through our strategic direction planning process. They will inter-actively connect and engage employees in the quality objectives of both the customer and that of Gase. The Senior Management Team gives their full endorsement to this policy.

Process Approach

At Gase, the process approach is effectively demonstrated throughout our organisation. Visual management principles utilising SQDP (Safety-Quality-Delivery-People), methodology with effective staff engagement ensures this is delivered to all levels of the Company.
